Workflow

A clean path from file to fields.

SnapText keeps the first scan simple, then gives you enough control to repeat it in production.

03Export JSON

Upload any common document

Start with PDFs, receipts, forms, invoices, or document photos from a phone.

Read layout, not just text

Extract text, tables, totals, dates, and line items while keeping field context.

Shape the JSON

Add the fields you expect before scanning so output is easier to review and store.

Move to API later

Use the same scan workflow from your backend when the browser demo is not enough.

Models

Match the model to the document.

Use a quick model for clean files and a deeper model when the scan quality or layout needs more reasoning.

FAQ

Answers before your first scan.

A few details about pricing, handwriting, structured output, and file handling.

01

How does per-page pricing work?

Each processed page counts once. Model choice can change the page rate, but there is no monthly minimum for trying the product.

02

Can SnapText read handwriting?

Yes. Zenith is built for cursive, older scans, and uneven handwriting. Spark and Flux are better for printed text.

03

Can I request JSON fields?

Yes. Add a schema before the scan and SnapText returns structured JSON for the fields you asked for.

04

What happens to uploaded files?

Files are encrypted in transfer and storage. Retention controls can remove processed files after the workflow is done.
